The Westport Woman’s Club (WWC) extends a heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make its Holiday Meals Program a success. Meals were delivered to homebound Westport residents on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
The program funded and coordinated by the WWC would not have been possible without the contributions and support received from the Town of Westport, In Good Taste(Southport), Sherwood Diner, and the extended Klinge Family.
We are very proud to acknowledge that during this very busy season our contributors were able to plan and prepare meals for Westport residents who were homebound. Cris Negrin from In Good Taste said she was delighted to prepare both Thanksgiving and Christmas meals, totaling more than 50. We are grateful for everything she provided during one of the busiest seasons. Dimitri from Sherwood Diner said, “We are glad to help the WWC deliver meals to people who can not go out.” And thank you to the Klinge family and friends who volunteered their time to deliver meals on the three holidays.
The WWC deeply appreciates the generosity of the community and is very grateful for their commitment and partnership.
