Heartfelt possibilities for the thrifty abound at the Curio Cottage’s Half-Price-Storewide “Sweetheart of a Sale” on Feb. 8-13, 10 am to 3 pm. Thanks to a recent influx of donations, the tiny shop must clear inventory, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
A favorite of Yelp connoisseurs, the shop offers an ever-changing array of donated glassware, tableware, vases, platters, frames, jewelry and some furniture, clothing, hats and books. The WWC volunteers know the merchandise well and are among the shop’s best customers. They will be happy to assist you. Plenty of parking is available during sale hours at the Curio Cottage’s home, Westport Woman’s Club, 44 Imperial Ave. on Mon. Feb. 8 through Sat. Feb. 13, 10 am to 3 pm.
The WWC will direct all proceeds from the Curio Cottage Half-Price Sale to vital “here and near” charitable organizations and scholarships.
