It’s always exciting when Stewart Entertainment rolls the carnival rides for the annual The Yankee Doodle Fair into town! Colorful rides now sit waiting for fair-goers, tables are at the ready for diners from the International Food Court,
and the Westport Woman’s Club has started setting up for one of Westport’s oldest and best loved family events
June 13 – 16 at their club house at
44 Imperial Avenue. The Yankee Doodle Fair will feature fun for all ages, including an International Food Court, Curio Cottage Thrift Shop, Kiddie Games, Face Painting, Raffle, Lucky Prize Drawing, Bake Sale and Vendors and Carnival Rides. “We’re getting the showers out of the way today and expect great weather for people to come out and have some fun while the Fair is here,” says Mary Lee Clayton, WWC President.
