The WWC Thanks Downtown Merchants Association and Westporters
The Downtown Merchants Association created a special kick-off to Westport’s holiday season with the festivities surrounding the Town Hall Christmas Tree Lighting. It was a great way to get into the holiday spirit, and the spirit of giving.Â
The Westport Woman’s Club Hosts Prospective Members
 The Westport Woman’s Club hosted a gathering of current and prospective members of the Westport Woman’s Club on October 13.  Guests enjoyed wine and hors d’oeuvres, toured the newly renovated historic Clubhouse, and learned how they can get involved in the WWC’s philanthropic and social activities.

The Westport Woman’s Club Garden Department presented Cyrus Paktinat, owner and designer of Flower Fall of Westport at their October meeting. He showed his skill as an artist and poet as he demonstrated to the audience how to make beautiful fall flower arrangements and Thanksgiving Harvest dĂ©cor for the home.Â

Girl’s Night Out (GNO) – Sept. 7 at the WWC
The goal of GNO is to provide an opportunity at a convenient time for our members who work during the day, as well as any members who want to connect with others, to mingle socially while enjoying some snacks and wine. Wednesday 9/7 at the WWC at 6:30PM.

Elf’s did not come in to do this over the summer…but a hard working crew under the guidance of Conchitta Cassell,  outgoing House Chair,  laid a new hardwood, including the stage, in the Banquet Room!  Stay cool in the next weeks and we’ll see you in September in a newly floored Banquet Room!
